Kelly Brooks is a licensed real estate broker and brings more than 16 years of South Florida luxury real estate experience to Royal Palm Properties. Since partnering with David W. Roberts in 2010, Kelly has been instrumental in expanding the firm’s growth and success. She has helped increase sales volume year after year, most recently to $407,164,778 in 2020, naming David W. Roberts the #10 agent in the Nation by The Wall Street Journal. This year (2021), RPP sales are approaching $500 million.
As a fourth-generation real estate agent, Kelly was born for a successful career in the business. While attending the University of Tampa, she worked at a local real estate office before establishing herself full-time in Delray Beach and Boca Raton. Kelly quickly became a top agent due to her diligent work ethic and ability to engage with clients and recognize individual needs.
